Agreement
These terms govern use of Digitise-Me, operated by Embroidery Machines Ireland (Unit 3 Inch Business Park, North County Dublin). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Questions: info@embroiderymachinesireland.ie or contact us.
Service
Digitise-Me is an order desk for professional embroidery digitising and vector files. Staff digitise by hand; the platform is not automatic digitising software. Turnaround and quotes depend on design complexity and workload.
Packages & pay as you go
You may use pay as you go (€10 per design, billed monthly unless otherwise agreed) or a subscription package (e.g. Studio 30, Studio 50, Unlimited) with the monthly allowances and prices shown on the site. Package jobs that exceed plan caps are not included unless we agree otherwise. Prices are typically shown excluding VAT; VAT applies by region as stated at checkout / on invoices.
Sew-out & machine results
We supply machine-ready files to the formats and sizes you request. We do not guarantee sew-out results on your equipment. Issues caused by machine settings, tension, needles, stabiliser, fabric, thread, or on-site setup are the customer's responsibility. If a file appears defective, contact us promptly with details so we can review and, where appropriate, revise.
Intellectual property
You warrant that you have the right to use and submit all artwork you upload (including logos and trademarks). You grant us a licence to use that artwork solely to fulfil your orders. Finished digitising/vector work is licensed to you for your embroidery / production use once paid for as agreed. You remain responsible for clearing third-party IP; we are not liable for claims arising from artwork you were not entitled to use.
Payment
Subscriptions and card payments are processed via Stripe. Pay-as-you-go usage may be invoiced monthly (e.g. via our books/Xero process). You agree to pay fees when due. We may suspend accounts with unpaid balances.
Cancelling subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal (or by contacting us). Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep package access until then, then revert to pay as you go unless you choose otherwise. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Embroidery Machines Ireland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits, production downtime, or wasted materials) arising from use of Digitise-Me or delivered files. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the fees paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Digitise-Me after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
